WOO Worlds of Opportunities

I always love to find new ways to a green and recycled family life. So when Marije from WOO candles sent me some of her wonderful candles I was delighted, being a big fan of candles and perfume and supporter of local companies.

Have a look at the website and when you are coming to Amsterdam next time visit their new shop at the Hallen.

It's nice to make the difference.

see you,
Kay

Little Friday walk

Little Friday walk in Amsterdam looking for the solar eclipse.
Guess it was not our day, but we still had a great day.

Fine weekend,
Kay

Have been busy pottering around the house and garden.

those boots are made for walking

Spring arrives in Amsterdam... people are in a good mood, the sun is shining and it's fun to walk around in town.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend,
Kay

PS: The Proud Otter Café. I love that place, next time when you are in town you should visit it (and try some of the homemade cake and coffee).

spring feelings

As soon as I get home in the afternoon, I rush in to the garden. The spring sun is giving me so much energy and I love pottering around outside.

enjoy the rest of the week,
Kay

PS: making some plans for the summer...

Weekend

What are you up to this weekend?

I'm hoping for a little beach walk, catching up with some reading and spending some time in the garden.

Yesterday my girl friend and I went to see the dutch singer Janne Schra in concert. We had a great time and today I spent all day dancing and humming.

enjoy your weekend,
Kay

PS: nice blog Jorth

fairytale village

There is a beautiful small village in the north of Germany which called Friedrichsstadt and looks it like a fairytale world.

It's a long drive for us to go there but we really would love to go back there in the summertime. So beautiful.

see you,
Kay

PS: love her books Nele Neuhaus.
