Baby, It's cold outside

Baby, it's cold outside. Not much snow in this part of the world but we did have a couple of days of ice skating. We really enjoyed the cold weather. It's also nice and cozy to come home after a long day outside in the cold.

pretty week

This week I came home with the last record from Leonard Cohen, my husband thinks is a bit to dark, but then it's always good to have a different taste of music in the house.

I'm always afraid they steal my bike at the station but I wanted a saddle from Brooks for a long time. Looks a bit flashy on my old bike but I love it.

peaceful days

On Monday our Christmas holidays are finally over and we have to go back to daily life. That will be not easy. The last two weeks where so nice and calm.

We went to Hamburg for a couple of days. Guess you all know I love that city. Such a great place for cake and vinyl.

Sure 2017 will have some sparkles and happiness for all of us.

Fine little Christmas

We are enjoying a fine little Christmas with family and friends. Good food, nice long walk at the seaside and some little gifts. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas time.

festive and a touch of glitter

My week went so fast again, can't believe next week is already Christmas. Must say I do miss the snow a bit, mostly because it looks so pretty.

Finally I got most of my Christmas gifts... only need a little gift for Mister Kay. (any ideas??)

Love all the Christmas decoration in town, Leiden is a town that has a big place in my heart and is a great place to visit.
