nesting


beautiful Pala vase designed by Helena Tynell in 1964


vintage display case which I got in Duesseldorf last weekend


we don't want to tell you what happens in this book.it's a truly special story
and we don't want to spoil it .nevertheless you need to know enough to buy it
so we will just say this ...The other hand by Chris Cleave (new book)

Elvis ( my cat ) has the best place in the house

-the new cd from Cesaria Evora is out , just in time for autumn
-also Emma Bridgewater has some wonderful new pottery out, love the doves
-I want the new pint from blancucha
weekend soon , enjoy

Love the vase... it reminds me a lot of Blenko glass. (a glass factory very close to where I went to school)

Kay, I held that book in my hand in a bookstore in Colorado. Didn't get it though.. I don't know anything about it. But maybe I will borrow it from the library.
