hello summer ..what a great weekend ..glorious weather
there are exciting things happening in my garden, lot's of rhubarb,so we did make April's rhubarb cake,easy and yummy.
6 more weeks and we have summer holiday's , guess soon is time to make plans...

Summer plans are my favorite kind of plans! I was never able to grow rhubarb here: I put in the ground those strange and ugly black rhizomes, and nothing came out:(

We had fantastic weather this weekend for our show, but all of our things came home covered with a thin layer of pollen.
Mmmm... I love strawberry rhubarb pie and they make the most delicious rhubarb cake here.
Our summer plans are entertaining my folks here in Germany for three and a half weeks. Lots of little trips and quality time planned.
