winter boots
Let's talk about snow....in the Netherlands we aren't used to snow.
So I need some help with finding some warm& waterproof boots!
Last year the snow kept us indoors. But this year I will get some tastful coats and boots (with a touch of vintage)
....any ideas??

....I love my Bumpers. Not much vintage style there, but they are so warm.
I don't know if you like them, but I can absolutely recommend tall Dr. Martens for this. Sturdy soles, so great traction guaranteed, and you can waterproof the leather ones with a spray. I trudged through the snow all morning, didn't slip once and my feet stayed nice and toasty.
(I'm in Belgium, so kind of in the same boat. I've been lurking for a while, and adore your blog - and all your vintage lamps, swoon - and this seemed like the right time to finally leave a comment;-)
Oh, I LOVE those pumps, even if they're not good for snowy weather!
@ Inge
thanks
and yes I do like Dr.Martens will have a look on the weekend
I´m searching for some warm and waterproof boots too...the boots I prefer are these "Moon-Boots" styled ones.
Anyway, I do love your toadstool-tree! Bought some for our christmas tree too...

gewoon klompen denk ik :)
perhaps take a look at some kickers and camper styles? or buy some vintage lace-up boots and have a rubber sole put underneath by a shoemaker (as they tend to have leather soles and those are deathly in this weather)?
would love to hear what you're getting in the end!
We have 3-4 inches of snow where I live in London... can you believe I was still in sandals (plus socks, very stylish!) until Monday this week?? I need winter shoes, and fast! I am looking at some Camper boots, hopefully will get out to get them today.
I adore my 70 - boots (not only becuase they did cost only €4 but they are made of lambskin and are keeping my feed warm all winter long)
@ all
thanks ..I tell you when I got my
winter boots
