More Than Fat Lava

More Than Fat Lava

You either hate them or you love them...  At the moment there is a wonderful West German pottery aka 'Fat Lava' exhibition on in Amsterdam.

Emiel from Retrominded has put a lot of work in the exhibiton and I tell you it is defently worth to have a look. The address is M.V. Bouwdijk Bastiaansestraat 15 in Amsterdam and you better hurry because it ends next weekend.

If you are coming to AMSTERDAM this summer and you want to visit some museums , like the Van Gogh or the Rijksmuseum, make sure you buy your ticket before so you don't have to queue . You can get them at the tourist office.

The Unigate Advertising Milk bottles are very collectable. They are from  the 80's. Prices range from 1 to 10 pounds. So if you see them make sure you get them. They are cute deco items.

8 more days to go before we start our six weeks summer holidays and there is so much to do.
Can't wait to start the holidays and escape daily routine...

house plants

I got lots of plants in my garden & greenhouse  but in my home

I only got two plants. An orchid & a carnivorous plant

this week:

- we have been brainstorming about  a new Japan project.

- thinking about going surfing. I bet Taj  Burrow would be a cool teacher.

- went to Haarlem (love that Friday feeling in the city).

- Origami Mushroom  (I wish I could make this one).

blue goes grey

blue goes grey... we decided to change the color of our shed, I love the blue but
we wanted a new look ..so we got some grey paint on Friday...it was not
easy to find the right color grey for our shed and I''m still not sure if we have...

Our weekend was good. We needed an easygoing break from daily life (hahaha),
just being lazy around the house.

at Sankt Peter-Ording.
