Clapping hands over here! I saw the dollhouse and remembered this: didn't we all want to be tiny enough to "play" inside the dollhouse when we were little girls? Like Gulliver or a small sprite.
I'm also chuckling that you'll need to inform your husband (I am in the same boat). Wouldn't it be nice if we could just "make them" live where we wanted to? Sigh.
The mid modern bungalow sounds good, but I'm not sure about Maine ... seems to cold to me! I guess we can't all be SNOW white:)!
