The ornament is so sweet! We put up our tree last weekend. I love Christmas!
i'd love to have that lovely Dutch shoe, it's adorable !!!
Well, you know the saying..."you can never have too many dutch ornaments" so of course I'd love one! he he he. Very pleased to hear (and see) you have your tree now, and what a fab giveaway. You're fabulous Kay! :)
My Grandparents immigrated here from the Netherlands after they were married and raised my Mother and her Sisters. My Grandfather has recently passed and I miss him so much, this would be an awesome way to represent him at Christmas time.
A Dutch touch ahahahah... natuurlijk wil ik een heuse klompenboom... hier in mijn Zweedse zelf gekapte boompje haahahah..
I like the ornament. We got our tree today too.
that ornement is so so sweet!
Hooray for trees!!! I'll bet yours is a stunner... can't wait to see what it looks like!!!
XO,
Rhea
So, this could be your very last tree expedition! I hope that next year it'll be a vintage white tree for you. Big, big hug to your sweet "monster", Kay.

The ornament is sweet! I love those typical Dutch shoes (Klompen?)!
Have a cozy sundayevening!
Would be fun with a dutch Christmas ornament on the three this year. We're not getting the tree until the day before Christmas Eve.
How sweet! I saw your feature over at desire to inspire! Congrats! You so deserve the recognition for your beautiful home and work! Hugs from Morocco!
What a beautiful ornament. How I long for a white Christmas - it is 36 degrees C here (about 97F) and is getting hotter! I read your blog often and enjoy it very much, thank you for sharing!
Ohh, I need that Dutch clog!!!
Oh, I also "need" a touch of Dutch her in Austria!! I spent a year studying in Amsterdam in the 90s and still feel really "home"sick and sentimental thinking of my wonderful time there. And since I've just redecorated my bedroom in whites and blues.... hmm ;-) Many groetjes from Oostenrijk! Doris
ohhh I cross my fingers to win..... never had a dutch shoe hanging on our tree!!! hugs *Marie*
Oh Kay, that is the sweetest ornament, I'd love to add it to my tiny tree....its only got 2 ornaments on it! Your tree looks beautiful. Sue
Een klomp in de boom, geweldig!! :)
Oh, that would be lovely addition to our little tree :)
AAH een klompje is altijd mooi meegenomen
