Helter Skelter

I love vintage and I also love Margate in Kent,  it's nice to see that Margate Old Town has gone retro  and you can find some great retro vintage shops there.
Helter Skelter is one of them. Katharine, the owner, is lovely.  She got lots of collectibles from the 60s and 70s. Wonderful posters, books and furniture.

Now I only have to find
for Mister Kay

I'm so happy to see that Margate is still on the up. I love The Who poster, did you bring it home with you?

Great shop! Paul Weller played in Sydney last week apparently he played 5 songs by The Jam.
Wish I'd been there. Absolute Begginers is a great film recreating the London mods... But Quadraphenia is the one they all love.

What a fun trip! I have watched Quadrophenia many, many times ~ it's a Classic. Wish my 1st husband didn't take our DVD copy when we split up. Perhaps I should just go out and buy one of my own.

Which brings to mind: Mod or Rocker? Which would you categorize yourself as? I think I'd be a Mod.

Fun post. Enjoy your weekend.
