Our dream house would be an art deco bungalow at the Kent coast.
Mister& Mrs Kay   love to go for costal drives and look for some cool  dream houses.
Tell me about your dream house??

Alain Bashung , very much my cup of tea( thanks Isabelle)

cor, that first one! well, i oscillate between so many styles. i love art deco, the 1960s, regency and victorian. there are some really lovely houses round here. my dream would be to have a view of the sea, big garden, orchard, tree house, studio etc etc. i daydream about this quite a lot!

p.s. i'm having a giveaway - come and enter!

Picture number 2 reminds me a lot of MY dream house! Unfortunately, it's placed right next to a highway... and THAT'S not my dream location :(

But every time we drive by, I have to look at it again... my beautiful dream house...

Those houses are very California.

I live in my dream home- on the inside- never really put much though about what I would want the outside to look like.

isn't it what is on the inside that counts?

wonderful choices - I'd be quite happy there I think! I'm getting more and more homesick as I get older so I guess my dream house is a huge Victorian house in my home town by the moors or a beautiful red wooden house in Sweden by the sea.

I like #3 best. Used to be a house in the country...but that seems to be changing. Are you still interested in corner view? We are updating the list to people who are still participating. Thanks, Theresa

Hey? the above house(s) will do me fine. perhaps too big to live in, i'd be happy with just part of it and gleam at all the other tenants... ?

I really like spanish architechture. I wouldn't mind a big plantation home with a wrap around porch.

I understand why, as lately, Art Deco has become something of a hobby of mine. I even go out of my way to visit Art Deco buildings and recently made a trip to Bexhill-On-Sea just to see the De La Warr Pavilion , and to Salamanca for its wonderful Museum of Art Nouveau and Art Deco.

There are some art deco houses just like that on another coast - in San Francisco. Lots of art deco there. The summers are cold and foggy though. Kent is probably much nicer.

Dreamed house...JUST A HOME.jajaja

Dreamed house: one with garden, vegetable garden and trees.

A finnish style house, with chimenee and a big kitchen, with lot of natural light, and a little pool...and...dreaming, ok?

The first one is so awesome. I love the windows and... everything.
My dream house is mostly a wooden house in Sweden, but sometimes a simple white house near the coast of a little greek island.

Oh I think about my dream house a lot but it changes almost everyday! :D Right now I'm dreaming about a bit more space but still cozy home, wood floors, great big kitchen and dining area. If I lived in the US I'd love to live in one of those bungalow houses - they are lovely!

I love all three of these...I just love Art Deco houses.

What really appalls me is when someone buys one of these unique houses...then sets about 'improving and modernising', thus destroying something beautiful!! Modern windows and doors, a hideous pitched roof with concrete roof tiles...UGH!!!
