food & co

This morning we made a trip to the market to buy veggies for our weekend soup. My friend Kumiko is giving me japanese cooking lessons... I tell you more about it soon!

At the moment our weekdays are really busy and on the weekend I'm tired. So it's wonderful to start the morning with a long  family breakfast but I tell you it's not always easy to wake up Mister kay!!

- Yesterday I got the new SouleMama book Rhythm of  the Family in the mail. I really like it. I know her other books but this one is my favourite .

- Nice french blog CHACHA
enjoy your weekend

The romanesco (that´s the german word for the green vegetable) is art, really! Even small "everydaylife" things created by nature are often so very cool and amazing!
