Mauerpark Berlin

Another big flea market in Berlin is in Mauerpark. This is where the Berlin wall between Prenzlauerberg and Wedding used to be. The market is huge and you can also find a lot of artists here who sell their work.

The market is very busy with a lot of tourists but I didn't find much vintage on offer. People told me it has been different in the past.

Hm, no vintage? Guess this is not "my" market...

I prefer the fleamarkets "arconaplatz" and "boxhagener platz", they are more individual and you can find there nice vintage things. I think you visited arconaplatz!

I love Berlin, but Mauer Park flea market is too touristy I think. Too high prices there=)

Hello Kay, I agree with you - I wasn´t too impressed either! Have to try the other ones next time! But we have great fleamarkets here in DK too, luckily ;-)

How are things going? Hope you´re fine, xxx Kirsten
