Christmas morning

This year we stayed in the Netherlands at Christmas time. My family being snowed in there was no way that we get there..... I miss them.

But then Christmas at home is also very cozy and we had so many wonderful gifts via snail mail (thank you).

Here is my top 3 christmas playlist:
Kim Larsen christmas cd  Jule &Nytar is also one of my fav....

Now it's time for some christmas coffee, candle light and homemade cookies.

Enjoy and if you like the Grinch you like JaRule reading the Grinch .

Hi Kay, Love you pics, gorgeous! Thanks for the books, I love them.
Here are the words to Oh du froehliche:

O du fröhliche, o du selige,
Gnadenbringende Weihnachtszeit!
Welt ging verloren,
Christ ist geboren,
Freue, freue dich, o Christenheit!

O du fröhliche, o du selige,
Gnadenbringende Weihnachtszeit!
Christ ist erschienen,
Uns zu versöhnen,
Freue, freue dich, o Christenheit!

O du fröhliche, o du selige,
Gnadenbringende Weihnachtszeit!
Himmlische Heere
Jauchzen dir Ehre,
Freue, freue dich, o Christenheit!

See you!

too sad they got snowed in, but lucky they didn't have to spend the night on a little bed in the airport hallway like many travellers in brussels. I hope you all had a nice christmas and will see eachother soon!

Sorry that you got snowed in Kay. It's also nice to be at home though - we stayed in France this year for a change and it's been nice.
Your house always looks spic and span by the way!

That must have been a tough Christmas without your extended family, but I hope you enjoyed the snow (we are having a blizzard here and I love thi kind of weather).

I am burning my lavender candle (*love it*) and plotting my next parcel to you.

Enjoy your peace and quiet time!

XO,

Rhea

I love your livingroom! The colours are sweet and subtle. And allthough the tree is quite big, it suits the room. Such an inspiration!

Just back from California so here's wishing you a belated Happy Christmas!
And we love Fairy Tale of New York too. It's been our song of the season. Tristan played it with his school rock band in the Christmas concert but a few lines had to be changed of course due to language. After the concert we haven't got it out of our heads all holiday :)
