winter walk
I always loved the idea of a winter picnic... walking through the snow, nice hot cup of hot chocolat and delicious cake & snacks. However, I tried it and I must admit it wasn't half as romantic as it may seem... it was freezing.
Still looking for a green fifties coat. Got my Red Riding Hood coat from Dahlia Found

I remember going cross country skiing and bringing matches and a few odds and ends. If a winter picnic can somehow include a fire--it's good! But yes. Not particularly romantic.
...but the picture is amazing!!! ;-)
Nice coat. Red is amazing. Just looked through your flikr stream, and I adore the photo of the beach. I don't know flikr well, but is it available for purchase?
Picture looks great, you and the tree standing and waiting for you. It's now cold enough to have an winterwalk. If you don't mind, I stay inside.
Maybe tomorrow, I will have an winterwalk aswell.
warm regards,
Marianne
What a beautiful photo! And look at that fabulous red coat. ;-)
I am SO happy it finally made its way to you. It must have known you were going to take it on new adventures, as if it doesn't already have a few stories. <3
big hugs, debra aka dahlila found xxoo
Love the pic and the red coat...
Brrr, even looking at the picture is freezing me :-). Love your coat!
it sure looks pretty romantic... (and i was thinking of 'roodkapje') your red coat is so beautiful and very female.
Great coat; great pic! Good to go for a walk in the cold, then have the picnic in the warm?!
does sound romantic to me Kay, as i'm sitting here in sweltering heat.A very pretty image the one of a snow picnic. You look nice & snug in that stunning coat, & easy to find if lost in the snow.
All that green grass looks heavenly.
Love the basket
I am jealous of your long hair! I've been trying to grow mine back out forever now! The photo is gorgeous! And the thought of a picnic right now is really making me cold!!
