Judith Bloedjes world is amazing. She if a very gifted ceramic artist. With her husband Geert she lives and works in in a beautiful house in the center of Leiden. A place full of art, very much my cup of tea.

Hilde, the owner of Atelier Tempel, has an amazing shop. It's a little treasure box. There is so much to see. Her dolls are so cute. Make sure you visit her shop when you are in town next time.

Elle Inside Design

The weather is amazing in the moment. So I started my day with jogging. Now I'm full of energy and working on some new ideas.

some cozy blankets for sale this week.

They are already sold out online

but I'm sure you can still find them in some of

 the smaller  Hema shops.

The orange color will go well with our living room

and keep us warm through the winter.

Finally we got a Hay Store... yeah!

Amsterdam is buzzing with energy at the moment. So many new shops and restaurants opening in town. Guess I can spend all week walking around with my camera and take photos.

There is a new trend in Amsterdam having an in store coffee bar. Which is cool but sometimes it is just too much and it's not easy to pick where to drink coffee now (poor me).

Definitely a good time to visit Amsterdam!

We love art!

 

Mister Kay loves his vintage Gypsy prints like J.H. Lynch. He just managed to find this one yesterday. Lucky me they are not easy to find anymore, lol.

 

And I like modern screen prints from young artist mainly from the UK. My latest print is from Chris Lambert which I got a couple of  weeks ago at Franks. Just need to paint the frame white.

Autumn

Hi there,

After spending and sleeping all summer outside, Fifty, my old cat, just moved back in.

Decided that our autumn colors will be green. Guess my nesting habits are the same every year.

Off to spend my day in the garden, there is so  much do. Also I got some flower bulbs yesterday.

One of our highlights this summer

was the Creatures of the deep sea parade at the

Herne Bay Festival

 

They had a paper workshop to built all these sea creatures. Guess next year we will try to join them.

When I met Ade Noviany last week I totally fallen for her bags. They are just perfect, beautiful and big. Guess I better start saving.

The last couple of weeks we have been eating far too much cake and co. Lots of little summer treats that we really enjoyed. Glad that I started to go to the gym again this week, which is not easy after a long break of six weeks.
